The fresh seafood bar including baby lobsters, scampi, salmon and the stunning carving station with choices of juicy Australian beef tenderloin, salmon steak, marinated chicken and delicious BBQ marinated lamb chop also should not be missed.
The enticing dessert station, meanwhile, offers authentic Vietnamese style sweets such as Vietnamese tapioca with mung bean sweet soup, sticky rice filled with mung bean in ginger syrup, mung bean coconut roll, layer durian cake, lotus pandan cake and coconut agar–agar jelly.
